Experience

Our personal experience comes from a number of projects in the field of real estate development. From difficult land purchases in fragmented territories, property-legal settlements, cadastral proceedings through the preparation and implementation of all stages of construction projects, reconstruction and repair of industrial, residential, commercial and warehouse buildings to the actual implementation, commissioning and subsequent management of the objects.

Knowledge

We are a team with legal, technical and economic education and many years of experience. We are constantly continuing our education and surround ourselves with the best experts in the fields that our projects require. Also, the engineers, architects, planners, tax consultants, and attorneys we work with grow with us and deepen their knowledge with each project we work on together.

Improving

Trends in architecture, technology, legal and tax environments are rapidly changing and evolving. They are coming every day, improving and simplifying our lives and saving energy. Keeping up with them and applying them means constantly studying, learning and understanding them. We enjoy improving ourselves and our clients' intentions.

Scope

From west to east and from north to south - across Slovakia we have already implemented a wide variety of projects. We know the environment, local customs, people and conditions. We use local resources, suppliers and collaborators as needed. We also implement and streamline complex projects in all corners of the country.
