Our personal experience stems from numerous development projects. From complex land acquisitions in fragmented areas, settlement of property rights, and cadastral proceedings, through the preparation and execution of all stages of construction projects, reconstruction and repair of industrial, residential, commercial, and warehouse facilities, to the actual implementation, commissioning, and subsequent management of the properties.

Knowledge

We are equipped with legal, technical, and economic education and many years of experience. We continuously educate ourselves and surround ourselves with the best experts in the fields that our projects require. The technicians, architects, designers, engineers, tax advisors, and lawyers we work with grow with us and deepen their knowledge with each joint project.

Improvement

Trends in architecture, technology, and the legal and tax environment are rapidly changing and evolving. They arrive daily, improving our lives, simplifying them, and saving energy. Monitoring and applying them requires continuous study, learning, and understanding. We enjoy improving ourselves and improving the intentions of our clients.

Scope

From west to east and from north to south – we have already implemented various projects throughout Slovakia. We know the environment, local customs, people, and conditions. We use local resources, suppliers, and collaborators as needed. We implement and streamline even complex projects in all corners of the country.
