Construction and Technical Supervision
During the actual construction, numerous tasks and procedures are managed and controlled, which ultimately determine not only the price and time of implementation but, above all, the actual properties of the building. Anyone who has renovated at least their bathroom or built a garden shed on their own knows what it means. With the scale of projects we do, it multiplies many times over. Without thorough preparation, control, expertise and experience, it is impossible. Neglected procedures in necessary processes can have fatal consequences. We divide these tasks among several people who support each other and check every step. We hand over the work with the best knowledge and conscience that it is done according to the project and on time. Clients only pay for what they get and for the quality they demanded.
